Redoing this thread then. Just got 6/6 accounts banned, only used DB, nothing else, no exploits, or cheats of any kind.

No email yet, just impossible to connect with the ban message, and the status changed to "banned" on battle.net

Facts (Only speaking for myself)

- No other bots / cheats / exploits used on the accs
- Different emails, names, addresses
- 4/6 were bought through battle.net with accounts I personally made, 2/6 were accounts bought off legit people that stopped playing
- EU
- No email as of now
- Can't login (banned message)
- D3 status in Battle.net changed to banned

2 other people have been confirmed getting banned (6 accounts and 1 account).

Kind of odd that a whopping 3 people have gotten banned but no one else?

Lets keep a list of facts about the bans as we know them, lets keep it to only perosnal reports so it doesnt get out of hand I.E. Diktat while your friend did get banned unless he reports himself lets keep it as conjecture. This is probably the only thing to curb wild rumormilling/

I would say sure if it wasnt Diktat, who by all acounts is a fairly level headed guy. I thinkk he just wants to see if anyone else is and its always nice to know when to possibly reel it in for a bit, if something more serious is looming.

I got 6/8 of my accounts banned, have only been using Demonbuddy. (No other hacks or weird stuff of any kind)

Accounts banned:
4 DH @ sarkoth, AGB
2 Barbarians I used to farm sarkoth with, were offline at the time of the ban.

Accounts not banned:
Main account, used as gold storage, traded directly with bots. Never injected with buddy.
Fresh bought DH from friend, not used anything with him before. Was botting at the time of the ban.

Only used Demonbuddy with these, didn't have anyone expect main acct on friends list. Never joined a public game.

2 DH:s who were banned were only 4 days old, and levelled with Demonbuddy 1-60. (That is the timeframe they got flagged somehow?)

As there is no bigger banwave, the bot is probably still safe. As this is still 300€ loss to me just counting accs, it still makes me a bit cautious about buying new ones.

Most annoying thing is that I finally got my DH:s to run 700kgph just before the ban and didn't have time to reap the benefits :D

Dam.. sorry for your loss. Kinda scared now as I only have one main account.

Going to run the only DH I still have left overnight and see what happens :D

Do you have all Bots running over one IP? Rename the Executable?

I do have all bots running over one IP, but I also have my main account on the same HWID and IP. That account is perfectly fine.

Please ask any questions, I'll answer them all.

Have any of you gotten emails explaining why you were banned? Or have any of you put in a ticket and gotten a response from battle.net about what they banned you for... Thats what we need to know. Just being banned can mean many things. My friend got banned last week. he doesent use bots as hes afraid to get his main account banned and doesent want to buy another account to bot on. they told him he broke the TOS by selling gold outside of D3 RMAH. Which he didnt. He went back and forth with them over this past week and yesterday the ban on his account was lifted. So any responses from blizzard would be a plus on this thread. As for the person who posted the original message that bugs me out!!!! I only have one account and i dont bot all hardcore on it just 8 hours a day while im working. I net around 250k GPH right now working on getting better gold find gear but i only bot to support my characters as i have crappy luck with finding good items. Another thing i would like to know what is the amount of time these accounts were botting in a day an account thats going 24/7 will eventually get banned just for that reason. Most people i see using this many accounts usually has the majority of them on 24/7.. One last thing. Dont store gold on your main account that you got from your bots that run 24/7. Keep it low profile protect yourself and DB! :D just my two cents if you guys could answer any of the above questions itd help a great deal.

Like he said... "No email yet, just impossible to connect with the ban message, and the status changed to "banned" on battle.net"

Wall of text crits me...

No emails yet, put in a ticket on ONE account (if I do all six at the same time, too suspicious).
