No idea about price, but sure wish I had it!
 
the lack of LoH limits your buyer --- as well as the lack of critical hit dmg. but definitely a decent find to be sure -- my guess would be 5-6 mil max?

I actually think you might be able to squeeze 7 if these AH prices are correct (and not absolute nonsense)

People really undervalue 250+ main stats on a lower dps wep, that being said the fact that it's only 4 prop makes it not very ideal.
