sad. there is a thread in support forum about it. so, maybe they are updating or something.. cross fingers
 
I was resetting my bots to go to sleep and this happens T_T
 
^ Same here lmao, they said they're fixing it in the support section.
 
DB is still running since I am currently running it right now and have been for the last 32.5 hours. The authentication failure problem is usually fixed if you go here ---> Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal You need to register, and when you go to the section Sessions on top you can "Kill" the bot which will basically force quit. Kind of like ctrl + alt + delete and closing the task. The program some times bugs out like any windows program and makes the computer think that its still running the program when its not. So basically you need to manually close it. Hope this helps.
 
Its not a force quit issue. Hawker already stated the db team is looking into it in the support thread.

Sadly the website is not workign when you try to login i get this error at the next page "Server Error in '/' Application." and a lot of HTML code :p

Data is Null. This method or property cannot be called on Null values.

Pretty sure they're looking into whats causing the program to think that its already running a session and failing the authentication. I've had the same issue and all I did was "kill" the program manually from the site...

Yeah, I first had issues with that too but give it some time and the web will eventually work... I had to try it multiple times myself but now i'm running my bot perfectly fine.

Dude.... i have 3 sessions and i still get that, not running any of them..... so probably it "thinks" all 3 sessions are running?

I have session. And the Kill page is empty for me. I'm just gonna chill for a bit. Already had an admin say its being looked into. More than enough for me.

Well for me, (I have 3 sessions) I went through 2 days of my DB keep saying authentication fail and maxed session when I didn't have the DB running at all. So I messaged Hawker about it but decided to check that buddyauth site and "killed" all my DB's running. After that my DB was back to normal.
