You can't level past 13 for the first 72 hours

Just a FYI - i got bored tonight so i purchased some more diablo 3 copies and started using isboxer to level them up. They all stopped leveling at level 13 and the exp bar wont fill at all anymore. I had no idea what was wrong so i Googled.. and found that blizzard now stops new characters leveling past level 13 for the first 72 hours!

Also yes, Blizzard had a blue post on their homepage about it can take up to 72 hours for digital copies.
 
yeh this just happened to me. i was like wtf. i reset the pw n it didnt help
 
just reset the pw and it worked for me!

at first i thought they caught on to this lvl method -> Diablo 3: How to Power Level Yourself! Get to 60 quick! - YouTube

with 4 characters that method actually is amplified because you can invite each other all over the place a certain amount of times. Then all of a sudden i stopped getting exp and was like "damn they must of fixed it somehow". So i went to level normally and that didn't work either.

Changed password for each account on bnet website and now exp is working again - had to close my d3 clients and reload first though!

Are you talking about just XP or trading and AH too?
