When I purchased, it was 10 hours before the Injunction. Barely got it set up for a test run or two. :(

You had many people who told you to calm down and wait a bit, I hope they charge you double for this time.

I was pretty much in the same boat, but I stayed on, I told him I didn't want a refund even if they lost the case. Don't give a shit about the free accounts either (though such a strong indication of good business practices). I stayed cause of the reputation these guys have and their excellent support of their products. You shoulda had a little faith ;).
 
Spineless idiots. Refund the refund only make you sound more undeserving for what you did. Loyalty of OP is non-existant, would definitely not want a friend like these guys.

you already got a refund, so you will have to buy the product again, but since we cant sell you the product right now, your going to have to wait.
