In an effort to stop the flooding of every thread with the same questions all the time, I'm creating this topic with (hopefully) all the answers you're looking for.

If I missed something, please ask here and I'll update it:


I'm currently living anywhere except Germany. When will I be able to access DB?

The Demonbuddy staff is currently implementing an IP blocker to prevent German users from accessing the bot. It should be available at approximately 3 AM CEST (not guaranteed). It *should* include the update to use it on the most recent patch.

But I live in Germany!! What happens now?

German users will not be able to use Demonbuddy until the injunction has been thrown out. The hearing should be sometime in the next week, and *if* the court rules in Bossland's favor, you will be able to access the bot. Until then, you wait.

OK, fine, but I asked for a refund, so when can I buy another license? /// I only have x number of licenses, and I want more!

Buddyteam's lawyers believe that only sales of DB are affected. Therefore ALL sales have been stopped until a court rules in favor of DB. We need a ruling before sales start again.

What about our free time / free extra licenses?

Even free licenses count as sales, and therefore will be completed ONLY after a court ruling in Buddyteam's favor. Please refer to the two previous posts.

Really dude.... all the other threads weren't enough? Does this make you feel like you're contributing?
 
Well alot of people want a simple thread to explain and resume with a couple lines. Dont hate.
 
Some people don't want to read through 30 pages of bullshit, because they're too lazy or don't have time. I'd rather the official threads be used for actual status updates and messages from the buddy team, not from randoms asking the same questions constantly.

If you're not happy, I really couldn't care less.

Some Info on the Injunction

It's been a sticky for a while now.
 
People who are too lazy to look for themselves or don't have time to look in long threads probably won't post. Doesn't mean it's not useful or that people don't look at it ;)
 
Pretty hard to miss a sticky covering the exact same topic on the front page though.

Demonbuddy is now back up for all non german users.
