Tankleader desperately needs fix for new maps and game modes

First off, I'm utterly amazed at the product you guys have created; it's really a wonderful bit of coding and is worth every penny. Unfortunately it's unusable since the patch went through on the US server yesterday. As many people have stated before, tanks using the bot won't move reliably on the new maps and need to be babysat, and the new game modes, Assault and Encounter, add new variables that have to be accounted for.

I'm REALLY happy with your product overall, and think it's worth twice what I paid, but I can't use it anymore until these issues are addressed, because it's virtually effortless to sniff out a bot and report it after the patch.

I'm confident you're aware of the issues, obviously; I would love to hear some kind of response regarding plans to update the bot and maybe a time frame.

Couldn't get our Russian copies to work, so we had to wait for the update to be launched on EU. That's done now and we'll be including support for the new maps very soon. For the new game modes, I can't give you an ETA. We'll probably include them sooner or later though.

Just how big a problem is the lack of game mode support going to be? I don't know the math, but it feels like every 1 in 3 matches is one of the new game modes, and the critical issue is it changes both your starting location and your ending objective. What does that do, effectively, to the bot? I would imagine it confuses the heck out of it.

Does the bot have the ability to compensate for not starting where it thinks it should on a particular map? Or where the objective is?
 
Hey when i hit start on my bot ufter the new patch my bot just crashes is this because it needs a new update to for the same game version?

Every TankLeader release supports a specific version of World of Tanks, if the two don't align, they'll kill each other.

It'll still try to move as good or as bad as it can. It will just roam like it normally does, shooting things it passes by.
 
This update will be server side ? or we need to download new version to fix this new maps, and not moving bug ?
 
No, the new maps will be added to the server and no action is required on your part. That being said, the new maps should load properly within 30 minutes from now. Enjoy. :)

Are the low tier french SPG's being looked at? Is it possible that the bot is not detecting them as arty?
They aren't moving to the SPG waypoints. They are following the normal tank waypoints and getting killed up front. It will only aim at things it has a direct line of sight to.

I tested with my object 212 and it works fine. It aims at things not in direct line of sight and it moves to arty waypoints

Dragon ridge still appears to be broken. I can never make it out of spawn. I ram a friendly then drive up a wall to get around them. Then I just keep driving into it until the end of the game
This happens in spawn and is a big red flag that im botting. Waiting 30s to a minute before moving so everyone is out of spawn would fix this.

Im also crashing every 5-10 games. WoT closes and TL freezes.

Except for the dragon ridge issue, none of these things were happening with the previous version.

You know, making it so you don't move until 5-20 seconds after a match start would avoid a lot of collision issues. That's actually a brilliant idea.
 
I noticed that it had a delay on airfield before moving. The spawn was totally clear with no tanks nearby. My tank promptly moved up a rock and got stuck.

It did not run into any tanks prior to getting stuck.
 
I think it is a good idea if bot can wait like 5 to 15 seconds after the match has startd to reduce the chance of collision to other tanks.If the tank get collision with other.It is better if the tank stop like 5 s and then move coz some map the solution of collision to friendly tanks is move back and turn right and it can lead to the tank will stack at wall or other tanks which you can get bot report if bot keeps rushing to the wall.We also need private waypoint settings.It will definitely reduce the chance of getting stuck+better chance to shot enermies+it will make bot like a real player,get less report and also you can increase the number of match per hour botting+ exp per match.ANother problem now is the tank in some maps move really like a true bot.It rotates around and move back like few second after move forward and afk in few minutes at the middle of the road and in some case it goes around ...not all maps but seriously in some maps and some new game modes.I hope the waypoints settings will be release soon so we can solve almost problems getting stuck with terrain and also afk+ more exp and kills and surely you will get low chance of being detected.
 
The SPG waypoint on airfield in the west spawn does not work.
it puts you too close to the hill and you have no clear shot. All shots would hit the hill so the arty spends the whole game aiming into the hill and not shooting
