Professionbuddy won't load Herb (1-300)ground

Changing current profile to level 0 - 2147483647 is all that shows up when selecting the Herb only 1-300 ground profile.

Have tried deleting PB, and recreating the folder, restarting wow/HB, restarted my computer and still having this issue.

Edit: have also tried the profession buddy drop down, GB2 as well and an issue either way.
