Honorbuddy never had a banwave. The last one that told that had to pay 2.500 EUR in damages. ( Greetings to Fairplay Bot )

Dont sue me! lol. talking about Hell Buddy! not Honor Buddy, sorry for consfusion, i love u guys, im trying to keep people with u and telling them its not worth the risk to use HELL BUDDY made by a diff company.

Edit: btw, Hell Buddy is the program that i believe Rainbow dash is a Dev/Admin of. The huge banwave scare over there is one of the things that got me too search out for other bot programs and communities. and after taking a look at pretty much everything i could find out there, you guys seem to have had the best track record and a superb community!

Well in blizzards eula, they claim that we don't "Buy" the game... what we are doing is buying the right to access their servers, in addition to that. They have the rights to block us from said servers for any / no reason.

I can't say for people in NA continent, but atleast here in Europe are multiple countries that void most of EULA's policies by local laws (EULA and law contradict -> law version superceeds). In addition game boxes don't mention anything about licence outside boxes, so basicly your just paying for game when purchaced.

The US has laws that favor towards Blizzard. That's how Glider fell. If the bot was made in the US then Blizzard could pull the same thing as with Glider and it would have been a short fight.
 
Time to Counter Injunction for them to stop selling Diablo 3 under Anti-Trust guidelines (like France, and Germany have done) with fines of up to 10 billion dollars per day.

Also not wise to bet on the worst possible outcome. I always pictured something like thing taking a considerable amount of time like the honorbuddy case.

They will pin up anything important that comes through, but ill be sure to update this. It's floating around the recent threads list.
 
Their lawyer probably bribed the judge to get instant shutdown of sales etc
