On to the injunction... how long, staffers, do you think before DB will be up or how long do I have to wait for a refund? I just bought your license yesterday on 06*18/2012 ...and not to be a jerk.. but if it goes down due to injunction the day after I purchase I definitely want a refund if there is no sign of recovery. However, I am willing to wait a week or two max.

You guys are amazing. I read many good things about your company and I want to support you folks and I also want you guys to win not just for my sake, but also to tell Blizzard where they can stick it.. if I can help in any way let me know.

so the staff send back my Money auto if the guys cant fix it?
 
Yes, but you have to request refund. I would wait til they tell us what's happening. I'd say wait 2 weeks max, but as of now they will be doubling out subscriptions time/accounts for people who are current subscribers who wait through all this legal turmoil.

Well if Blizz keeps ninja nerfing shit in their games because people are legitimately farming up really good spots, then they need to understand that they have two previous products that they learned all of these things from. Those being: World of Warcraft and Diablo 2.

I would want a refund as well if things go sideways and then go down the gutter.

Even if that's the case I guess I could always play the game legit but with how tedious they are making it in getting gear, gold, and basically farming stuff in the game because of their laundry list of ninja nerfing and retarded official patches, it's going to kill this game's ability to market expansions effectively. That also means it will affect sales for DB as well.

So we'll see where things go I guess. I don't hate Blizzard or anything, I just hate how they've been managing this game.
