Hey guys,

This is a profile that has been created by Carguy, then gutted and re-vamped by me to give us Wizards a fighting chance w/ GPH.

What this profile does:

• Same thing every other Sarkoth profiles do
• Attempts to teleport 4 times (if we're lucky) to check for sarkoth spawn.

I plan to tweak until I find a proper build that I think is fast, speed the runs up as much as possible and what have you. If you're currently getting higher GPH on another sarkoth profile, then no harm, no foul - I just wanted to try my hand at making my own.

Archon. my gear is crap and I kill sarkoth in 2-3 seconds, nothing is faster than archon. all i use is tele and archon, the other 4 abilities could be removed from my bars and it would run fine.

Archon is fast, but I'd say that hydra+meteor+arcane orb is a strong contender.
The three minions will die to meteor, which means there's absolutely no chasing or even targeting.
I also control everything from the profile, which makes it more reliable and therefore faster.
What are your run times?
I'm currently at 27s (fail runs 7s), but a larger pickup radius should save a second or two.

I made a very similar profile, with hard coding of spells.

Basically mine does: Teleport x3 > walks a bit, if cellar is not up, TPs out, if it's up then buffs magic weapon, armor and familiar, and walks in. Right before walking into the very room Sarkoth is in, pops Archon and kills everything in literally 2 seconds.

20s successful runs, 8 seconds failed runs.

Maybe your gear isn't great (my Wizard has 40k UNBUFFED dps, 300% GF, 25% MS and 25 PUR), but your build and runs seem too slow
I suggest you take a look into Archon, because by the time your meteor hits, I'm already TPing...

Anyway, thanks for making this and saving me the trouble of releasing and supporting mine lol

Only 21k dam buffed, so yeah...
When Archon runs out it will disrupt tp, so I think mine is better for the damage I'm doing, but I will definitely be testing Archon some more.

Oh ok, I didn't know that. I never noticed it... I kill everything in 2 seconds. Got almost 60k dps fully buffed lol
Maybe you can cancel the buff before TPing? I'd have to look into the DB api to see if there is such function.

I suggest using meteor in this build instead of the magic missles is much better. The profile WAS working pritty nice for me, but now I've got some awkward issues.. :S sometimes db is trying to teleport directly from the spawn instead of running down the stairs and then my toon stucks in the middle of the stairs and wants to leave the game because it "can't see" the cellar... =/
Any idea what this could be? the bot buffs himself and then directly tries to teleport but it is just bugging around (teleport about 2 yards)..
Didn't change anything with the profile/plugin/bot.. also tried to install a clean version of db, but still didn't help.. :S

wait.... they fixed hydra???? last time i checked the bot attacks hydra forever thinking its an enemy. i dont recall seeing a changelog about it being fixed?

Yeah, I sold all my wizards gear for ~80 million + and then sold all that cause I foresaw a gold price crash lol - I'm using cheap crap cause Ive been getting a DH ready for botting.

I like archon, but I'm not interested in bots breaking due to stupid shit - Also, my runs are always slow because I'm usually tinkering with code and stopping em or trying a tweak - Sometimes, I just release profiles because they work, and then I can get people who test them and tell me what's up and then I can go from there. This Will be the fastest wizard specific sarkoth, by the time I'm finished

Nice, I wouldn't know - servers went down when I released the profile. I like your profile, it looks like it's good.

What is it exactly that's breaking? I know channeled spells aren't working perfectly fine atm, but even if it has to "push" it twice to kill Sarkoth, it should still be lightyears ahead in terms of speed.

Honestly, I don't think you can get it faster than 20s unless you can make it 1 shot Sarkoth, against my two shot, but that's gear based. There's a limit to the distance you can travel in a certain amount of time.
The only way I can see pushing maybe an extra second is with a teleport inside the cellar and... I didn't think of this before... I should implement that on my profile lololol

Oh ok, I thought you meant there was something broken about Archon.
Yeah, TPing outside is an issue, but you can't speed successful runs much more than 20s.
