Filing a chargeback

Did the trial. Didn't work for the first day. Got an extension. Bought the product, and now it's back to not working. Filing a chargeback via paypal, and if that doesn't work my CC company. This is absolute garbage.
 
relax, email their support address (i forget what it is) and they'll give you a refund.

tbh I felt the same a couple days ago, but the bot has turned around completely and I'm very happy with it. Right now the nav servers are having issues, but based on my experience with HB its not a common occurrence.

edit: I shouldn't say they WILL give you a refund, more like I THINK they will based on other forum posts/responses. Good luck either way
 
I wish I felt the way you do, but as it stands, I feel they are being deliberately misleading in order to get people to buy into the product. I'd love it if it simply worked, but if I have to babysit my PC constantly to keep things running, it's useless to me.

I'm told one thing, yet it took them way longer than promised to send me a key, the key didnt work, then the product didnt work, they extended, then I bought a key and now the product isn't working again. The impression they have given me is just unacceptable.

it's faster to ask for a refund instead of chargeback, btw

refund: 1-3 days

chargeback:
up to a month
 
I said chargeback, what I meant was opening up a paypal dispute so they have the opportunity to fix the issue. A Chargeback is of course the last recourse I'd take.

I've emailed them, we'll see what happens.
 
Instead of being an attention whore which you are clearly being, why didnt you just mail them for a refund ?

Attention whore? No. It took me multiple emails to get a response before, by posting here I simply increase the chance they actually respond.
 
Do you actually expect an instant response when they probably receive hundreds of messages a day ?
