Just bought honorbuddy, but still get Authentication failed.

I just bought honorbuddy, and got a mail from bossland that says: payment recived aso.
Is there some kind of delay before my account is active?

I had to wait about 40 mins or so before I was activated I think...

Hang in there.

Also remember to use the username and password you used for buying the program, not the ones you use for forums, (unless they are the same and if they are I wouldn't say).

go at your logs folder and open it,there is a txt file
open it and check if says something after auth failed

AUTH BAD=wrong user or pass
check your spelling
keep in mind that is case sensitive and also you cant have symbols on your pass

If you are positive you are using the same login as the shop, and the shop is working, there's two possibilities:
1. You have characters in your username/pw that are causing the error
2. The passwords didn't sync right

Try a password reset on the shop.
