Anyone get banned or hear of anyone getting banned using DB. Besides people who bot 8-12Hour+

None, and any who said they were, were not banned because of Demonbuddy.
It is not detected. The Buddy Team knows how to deal with "Blizzard Security".

DB bans me for 8 seconds every time I need a nav point.

Other than that it's been good. :D

Maybe the C&D is in still in the mail, the competition banwave was a public show and tell since they're only thousands of customers so the hit to the blizzard wallet would have been very low but good for PR.

I don't think they will use the banning method for Demonbuddy.

Why do people keep asking if there's bans. Are they waiting for the answer yes or expect a whole new thread to be created just for reconfirmation.

Because there's no ban sub-forum.

Anyone using this bot and any other bot can still get caught, and not by mistake neither.

Go to your account press P - This will bring up the Profile section.

Screenshot008.webp

You will see this, this screenshot was taken from another account im setting up. You will notice the highlighted areas.

They can generate reports from the database to look for x amount of coin collected and amount of time played and if there is only 1 char. Most botters only use 1 char per bot.

So this value can be adjusted as it goes along, A botter will ALWAYs collect more coin then a human repeating the areas over and over. and will also have more allotted time online.

So whats stopping blizzard reps from generating reports, Logging into the games created by those bots that are on the top 5% of most coin and most time logged. And see if they repeat the same pathing process over and over again.

No bot is safe PERIOD.

Running this bot 24/7 since it was released, only breaks were caused because of Blizzard Server Maintenance.
No ban ;)

That's exactly what I was looking for, wasn't sure how hard people have been using DB. But you answered it haha

Yes, yes we get it. Everyone who bots knows this you don't have to post the same thing 20 times. They put a big "this may be against blizzards eula/tos" message right on the connect button.

I've made back what I spent on the bot + the game with this bot. If the account gets banned I'll just buy a new account no big deal.

No one ever said "botting" was safe. The only times people really get banned (from what I've seen with buddy) are people who run the bot 24/7 etc. If you are doing that, the money you can make from it can buy multiple accounts back.

If you don't want to lose an account, don't bot. The bot itself is safe, it's the people behind the computer that alter that.
