bot stops working when desktop locked (Windows Key + 'L')

need to lock my desktop if i go away sometimes, but bot stops working after i lock it. any suggestions/help or people facing the same problem? could do it with another bot but not this. otherwise this works very well.
 
May I ask you why you need to do this?
 
It's impossible. You cannot lock your computer and have the bot run. Can't do it.
 
its a normal window 7 lock and all background processes still run (windows key + 'L') or simplly press ctrl+alt+delete and click 'lock this computer'. all background processes still run normally. didnt have a problem with my previous bot. i like db, so i'm looking for a way to solve this.

Actually it works for me... :) I do this because I bring my baby Asus G73 here @ work.. so i need to Windows + L ... trolololol..

grinding real money @ realy life and my character is grinding gold too...
 
Various reasons for this if you ask me and I think its a viable question..

Got a younger kid at your house but need to go poop? Lock computer, ect.

not sure why it wouldn't. it's just a basic lock where all background processes continue (heck, even my movie continues to run)

some people managed to do it. may i ask how? pjhulz?

It's it possible to request feature like this ? I would pay addtional fee to it.

Quesion why i needed this is... When i go work my home pc is used by random people, i can't just bot and leave it there unattended, So i would go to some random internet cafes supported with D3 i would rent their computers and bot... of course i do work so... if there's such a feature i would rent pc there and lockdown while i go work without having to worried about it :D
 
Guys use my solution .... i do winodow mode and then i just drag the whole thing under my task bar ... window isnt visible and u can do other stuff while bot is running.

I can even go away from PC and no-one knows i am running a game in the background (except of course task bar icon is still there).
 
well i found a solution - that is to download a 3rd party desktop lock program :)

still hope this can be fixed soon.
 
google 'desktop lock express' it has a free trial for 21 days :)

after that probably this will be fixed, otherwise try finding a *****ed version or something lol
 
can i turn off monitor while bot runs ? i think so, right ? but last nite something bad happened when i did it :D
 
If you turn off the monitor you should be fine as long as you have your Screen Saver/Lock setup to NEVER pop up.
Especially on laptop, power saving bullshit, 15 minutes and the screen goes dark is equivalent to locking PC. Learned that from Honorbuddy.
Once I turned that off I could close the laptop cover and it would still run since I had everything set to "NEVER".

The screen may turn off, but everything, including the video card was still active :)
