Haven't received key, may have paid twice for a key

Hey guys,


It looks like the payment system is having problems. I used paypal to order a single session, lifetime bot, but upon pressing "continue" and waiting for up to 2 minutes, DB's payment portal said they were having problems and to try another day. I figured my information didn't go through, so I tried again using my CC, and it looks like it went through. Waiting to see a pending transaction.


But I checked my paypal history just now and found that the initial transaction actually posted. If it is the case that two keys are registered under my name, I'd like to have one canceled and get a refund for that key as I don't intend to use more than one key.


Also, I have yet to get e-mail confirmation of my purchase(s). My key(s) aren't showing up in the portal either!

Are you a mod? I apologize in advance if my question comes off rude, but I would think a mod would request that I e-mail or message them at most.

I'm sorry, I'm requesting assistance from the moderators if at all possible. May I ask what the community will do to assist in this matter in the event I satisfy the burden of proof you're placing upon me?
 
email them if u want the admin help, post a thread if u want community help. but this is where you are lying. if this had happened to you and you weren't trying to get a free key, then you would post a picture.

I'm afraid you're overstepping your boundaries and gravely mistaken as to where you stand. You've appointed yourself the DB policeman, and quite frankly, you've failed miserably to read between the lines in multiple areas.


All I was hoping for was that some mod would step in and request via e-mail and/or PM communication the necessary information for verifying my claim. This is the technical support thread, no? I don't see any language in the rules stating that regular joe users such as yourself are given community policing powers to determine whether people in my situation are lying. If anything, I thought it would be pretty obvoius that the moderators would be able to easily corroborate my claims by requesting and checking my information against what they have on file.

My, my. I must've struck home. Let me guess. Got banned for an infraction? I can probably think of a handful of reasons why. I thought I should add. There isn't a whole lot of effort required to construct a single, cohesive pattern of thought. But apparently doing so requires "trying hard" for you. I won't speculate as to the reason.

Why the fuck would he post it here? Just 100% ignore OneSe7en - he has to be full retard. I can't understand why he wants you to post your paypal SS here, or why he even cares.


If you have paid, you can attempt logging in at buddyauth.com and seeing if you can get your session key from there. There are instructions on this forum on how to do this.
