*Important* For those with crashing issues

Well i used Teamviewer on like 10 different guys who had crashing issues

on almost all the cases the problem was that net framework or Visual C wasnt installed or it was corrupted or users didnt have the specific version

So there is no bug on DB that makes it crashing on start up


what you have to do is to use the links posted below

Download: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Web Installer) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

Download: Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 Redistributable Package (x86) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details


if you think that you have already installed this stuff on your machine,download them and install them again


the only reason that can make DB crashing on startup is what i said above

somehow c++ package seems to have been corrupted, reinstalling fixed the issue, thanks for the fast answer

Worked for me. Just like you said, I thought I had it installed(even uninstalled and reinstalled) but after I downloaded the 2nd time from your links it worked! No more crash. Thanks so much!!!

Also I would make sure your Windows 7 etc is up to date as this will patch .net 4 to its latest version.

I actually cant get this to work,reinstalled both the programs 4 times and nothing. It still crash after my diablo 3 Screen is flashing :S,I even updated everything with Windows update. No idea why it aint working .S

To an other problem tony, When you ID items, you get disconnected from Diablo 3, Do you have a fix for that mate?

*note, it does only DC some times,


Anyways, i allso had a problem in the start, but that was solved to delete all the darkd3 files in my Diablo folder, And i could make it work once again
