Auth Failed Help Please

I try to log into the bot and it sais

shared sessions 0/0
invalid account details
authentication failed!

Im using my correct info. Ive tested it to log in here, and on my reciept page.
I purchased HB in 2010. Not sure how to get my account to work.


Any help please, Thank you!

i used to have an old account (IeUz) with GatherBuddy and HonorBuddy, which i can login at: Bossland GmbH

Now i want to buy DemonBuddy, but i can not login with this old account (IeUz) at: Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal

Are they different systems?
How do i get this old account into the new system and with the supposed already owned licenses?
I would like to have all licenses (and accnt history) under one account only.

Ok, registered in the new site, Home Page - Buddy Auth Portal

It looks like found all my GB profiles and so on, but does not list any keys, i was pretty sure i owned a LifeTimer HB, am i wrong here?
 
i have the same problem i payed and got to the page were it tells me that i will get a mail, but i got a mail but there wasnt any password on that so now i can dowload the demonbuddy but i can't use it becouse i don't got a login?
