Can We buy DB now?

I know DB is still in it's testing phase, but what I am wondering is...

Can we buy it now and use it on launch? I would love to purchase the Lifetime key today and just use it once it's up and going.

I suspect after last week they will try not to confirm or deny anything just that they were going to shoot for Monday but no promises.
