learning new skills

hi there.is there a way to turn off the learn new skills option.i deselect the option in settings but it keeps putting on itself.this does my headin.im currently in eastern plague lands and the toon flys to if to learn something like conjur mana gem then flys back which takes about 20min.onse he even runned all the way back didnt use flyer.why is it doing this?and why can not dissable learn new skills permanently?

yeh it is urs.can u true me a link plz. as for me seems to be realy hard to find anything on these forums. and btw profiles are updated daily if that could be an isue
