we plan to have free users which can solve Tickets around Honorbuddy within the Ticketsystem.
Each one who calls himself an HB Expert can write here that he is willing to do some support.
The users which fit our needs, will be moved into an separate Group.
For the moment this is just an Test - to see how good the HelpDesk can be included into our support.
