I tried that one once, and it didn't work. It was my main account that was hand played for over 100 days /played.. I guess it my case was software detection though, because it was part of the first HB banwave..

i deleted the firs ticket about 30 minutes in. do u think that they will read it? my new ticket says that i was not botting blah blah blah and all that good stuff

As far as i know they archive the tickets even if you cancel and start a new one , so maybe that second ticket wasn't wise >_<

The more you try, the more they know you'll just end up buying a new account. And if you don't buy a new account, it's 1 less bot they have to trouble themselves over. Really, it's a win/win for them.
