Trouble getting product key

I dont know what is wrong, but i dont get the product key to my mail. And the link "retrieve new product key" doesnt work.

So is there anyone that knows what to do?

@Addeeehh, did you do what Tony said? If it didn't work for you, say how or what error you get or even what your exact problem is.

Also, it's generally better to make your own fresh post than resurrect a post nearly 4 months old.
