Nice, thanks for checking that out. My next idea is to make the "function TSMAPI:RunTest(parent, callback)" (located at TradeSkillMaster/Auction/AuctionGUI.lua) totally blank.

edit: Sorry, not fully blank function. Rather a "return true" .
edit2: Rather "callback(true)" :) , testing if this works now, I have some free time.
edit3: that didn't work either =(

I just noticed that bug also happens when the wow windows is active. I just tried it on my laptop, running nothing but this, and it still bugged out :(
 
hey glvtron just let me know if u need some more testing havent downloaded anything later than the other day since everything was working good but could still help testing
 
Sorry, guys I'm out of time for the week, will let you know if I got a fix for this. Toney, yes it's not the focus, rather then the mouse needs to be in the window.
 
I seem to have found a workaround for it.
Depending on how your profile is built, the way you implement this will change, so I'll just leave the basics of my post/scan routine:

Open the AH
Hit Scan
Wait 2s
If it's not scanning by then (bugged), it will close the AH, reload UI and go again
If it IS scanning by then (not bugged), it will proceed with the rest of the routine normally

I've only been trying this for a few mins, but it caught the bug and successfully got around it.
The thing is, once it encounters the bug (or bot security measure, whatever it may be), it'll keep popping up until you tab back into wow (meaning it'll have to reload ui every post/cancel cycle).
No big deal, it should still be able to work fully unattended, it'll just have to waste a few seconds reloading the UI, but it would be great to actually solve the issue for good.

im getting this error too , just tried switching from older tsm to this one yesterday. i went through the edits and found that after commenting out the added function in the postscan and cancelscan file that the error doesnt display, however when i open the AH the tsm frame doesn't load at all. no errors either
 
Hey! I'm in a bit of a rush but just wanted to say I get an "error" because it's just stuck at the cancelling auctions screen. Lastest HB/PB and I edited all the files as said. I'll attatch a log later today. Sticking to the old one meanwhile. Thanks!

EDIT: Also, I heard AH botting is the fastest way to get "caught". Does this include us people who only have 15-20 auctions up at the time and post 3-4 times an hour? Thanks!
 
Still going to the mailbox after the cancel scan when i havent got undercut. Any way to fix this so the bot just stays there, maybe even sit down?

Updated post #6 with fix for latest TSM. You need to change at PostScan.lua and CancelScan.lua
 
Everything is working perfect at the start, then this happends:
Starting posting cycle
PB 1.367: MoveTo Action completed for type NearestAH
PB 1.367: InteractAction complete
Posting scan ended
Posting cycle ended

And it's stuck here, and won't do anything again.. Bascially what happends is; I start the bot, it cancel's any undercuts, walks to mailbox and picks up the items. After that it returns to the auction house (1st) "Starting posting cycle", after it's done posting it walks back to the mailbox, nothing's there but then it walks back to the auction house and stands there doing nothing what so ever. Any solution for this? I did everything in post #6

EDIT: Removed to not confuse people with false information and make them change something they shouldn't.

EDIT2: Eventually it came along without me changing anything in the profile from the default values. I'm still not sure tho why it didn't restart the first time, maybe it's because I have postal? Postal is set to automatically refresh my mailbox if it's more then 50 mails incoming, and the bot normally waited out the refresh timer and picked up everything before returning to the auction house to post. When it was done posting everything, it returns to the mailbox, almost like it know's how much was cancelled and how many times it needs to revisit to pick up everything and post, but because postal refreshed it and it stayed there until everything was picked up it returns to the auction house and is stuck at "Starting posting Cycle", as mentioned in the start of this post.

IF anyone could confirm this to be the problem it would be great, I'll look into it aswell having the bot off until I know I have less then 50 auctions undercut, and once where I check that i have over 50 auctions undercut and list my results. It may be a time consuming process so if anyone have experienced the same, please add it as a quote to this message so the OP can have a look into it, and tell us if it's something that can be fixed or if postal must be disabled.

Sorry for any missing commas/grammar mistakes made in this post, that could have made it a painful experience reading through.


EDIT3: Just ran through with +50 undercuts, again the bot bugged. It picks up everything, posts everything.. but instead of starting the timer for next cycle, it just returns to mailbox to try and pick something that ain't there up, and tries to repost something that's allready been repost. As I'm typing this the bot have been restarted and I'm testing out below 50 to check what happends next.

EDIT4: Ok, I completed both tests in such a nice time window that the results came back almost instantly from edit2 till now. My results are:

1st attempt: Started honorbuddy with everything set as normal, it checked for undercuts and found out I had 74 auctions to be cancelled and reposted. After posting them again, the bot bugged out and was stuck at "Starting posting cycle".
2nd attempt: Started honorbuddy with everything set as normal, it checked for undercuts and found out I had 38 auctions to be cancelled and reposted. After posting them again, the bot bugged out and was stuck at "Starting potstin cycle".

So rounding it all up, now I'm back to everything being shit again and not working, man I'm having trouble, if only anyone could speak out with a solution!

EDIT5: I just now downloaded the profile again for the third time, but now everything works, so I might have changed something without knowing it, and therefore bugging the profile -,- twice! Other then that I need to thank the OP, for casting a resurrection on the idea of this and making it all work like you have. I'll look into and find out if I can find some guidelines for you to make the relog function to alts work :)

EDIT FUCKING 6: I'm gonna disable postal, because the problem just returned after having 2 flawless resets, and now I can't get it to go again... fuck my life

...edit .... 7: Now i'm getting tierd of this... Tried changing my profile to the create macros for F1 and F2, works for 2 cycle's, after that it bugs out again.. And that was with only the TSM addon's enabled.... dfuq is dis

It may not be clear, but you need to use TSM_Mailing addon for handling mails. Let me know if your trying with this addon or not.
 
Starting the next Canceling and Posting cycle in 769 seconds

Where do i change that 769 seconds, I cant find it anywhere.

Heey mate, Some great work on TSM and the profile, I tried to get it to craft my glyphs. But I cant get they /click macro to work with the craft button. Could you help getting /click to work with the crafting window,

if you could explain how to get it done would be great
