Snappy comeback, and why is that?
I have had SUB as PvE and PvP, and in PvP Sub IS the best to use since they got Shadow Dance and Shadow Step for one thing.
And in PvE it is not performing as good as, for example, Assassination, and that is now my main spec PvE.
I have tried both for a loooong time mate and Assassination can put out around 6-10k more on bosses for me, so how am I wrong?
on a rading training dummy I can produce about 22-23k after 10mill dmg done in assassination, and about 18-19k with sub, so how am I wrong?
Thing is, you aint provided me with and fact, nor a reason to why, just the hate. Good one..
Atm I am tryin Assassination as PvP
(Arena and in sum cases BG's) and it is a good PvP class, but like I said before
(if you bother to read my posts) I miss the Shadow Dance and Shadow Step in that spec.
How ever, in DS I do about 43-45k on, let say Ultraxxion in Assassination, concidering you have the Cold Blood and the Vendetta buff in your rotation, and about 30 as a Sub, so how am I wrong?
If you can carry on a conversation in a fashionable sence, I can gladly do so with you, but if you just gonna pop back I am a noob or that I know nothing about the rogue's,
then please, open a thread for that, and slash me, not in here.
I am not mad nor am I angry atm, just asking why you say I am wrong?
I know the rotation is hard to execute in Sub spec, but if you do, and can keep rupture at a nice 5CP pop along with SnD, then you can mash it with shadow dance and shadow step, backstab or ambush, and go on and on and on.. but, as on Death Wing is DS and on Ultraxxion, doin so will get you killed since you fall down.
So, at those bosses, you can't be maxed out, which sucks tbh.
And Ultraxxion is a pretty much tank n spank boss where your only concern is the Hour of Twilight button.
Rest is just nuke.
Which, i.m.o, make the Assassination the best PvE spec atm, if you do the end game rading, which I hope and Combat aint that good to back it up with since they dont use dual daggers with a good exceution.
(thinking of the legendary daggers which I am currently rocking in Sub and Ass spec)
And, in Arena, a Sub Rogue is hard to kill if you know what the hell you doin.
I currently team up with another Sub Rogue and do dual Sub and it is close to flawless due to multiple sap, kidney shot, cheap shot, pre med, recuperate, vanish, shadow step, shadow dance and so on.
In BG's, I perform way better as a Sub than in Assassination spec, and I am then refereing to the above said.
But, since Fifthy is doin the BG in this CC I'd thought I'd try that out and it actually works good, but still missing an extra vanish and the shadowstep.
But, Assassination PvP
(and PvE, thou it aint that usable in PvE boss or trash fights) comes with a free crippling poison apply if you spec in that,
which makes it lethal since you can add two pure dmg poisons on daggers and saaaaay mind numbing on thrown and rock with that.
I usually use Wound on MH and Crippling on OH and then what ever the fight req on thrown as a Sub.
If I spec in Assassination for PvP I use Instant on MH and Deadly on OH, and also Deadly on Thrown
(this is because of the free Crippling add that I can get)

And, to sum this post off I can say that from what
I have experienced I get more dmg from Assassination than Subtlety in PvE
( I am rocking away at 397 in ilvl PvE and PvP, so aint got low gear either that brings the dmg down)
So, that is my opinion..
