What a coincident I was just about to level a DK to 85 before spring break but after he is 85 I am going to level a warlock over springbreak.

58-65 - Tank ramparts with instancebuddy
65-68 - Tank mana thombs
68-72 - Tank First LK dungeon, Utgarde Keep. Alternative would be gather-level, using a cobalt profile in borean tundra.
72-80 - level herbalism + mining, and use my gathering profile and level gathering herbs and ore.
80-83 - Easy gathering hyjal, uldum
