Can the 3 sessions key be shared?

my friend and me wants to get the 3 sessions key for 60 euro, and we both plan on using it at the same time (no more than 3 sessions alltogether) - is that OK or against any rules?

it can be shared but be careful who u give it to(if it is your friend i guess hi is to be strusted) so they don't steal it cause ef they are using it 24/7 u can't even log into HB

I share my account with friends I've know for 5+ years. But I've had a falling out with a friend that I paid half for and he paid half and he took back the account because he sent the paypal info the bossland and forgot the mention that I paid $40 of it. Needless to say hes now banned from WoW on all his accounts and everyone hate's him. . Karma is a bitch I would say.
