[Fixed] TL no movement

Hi there,

don't know if this is intended or not, but TankLeader does not move my tank at all. It just aims and shoots. As the .xml did not give away anything I'm asking here.

WoT: updated 100%
TL: newest version
.Net Framework: 3.5 // 4.0

did you let tankleader through your firewall?

Not using any firewall, HB works fine, if that's of any interest.
 
Sounds like a network issue to me. There's nothing wrong with your key, I just verified that. This may sound a bit silly, but can you try it on a different internet connection?

Nope, can't. All Buddy products, including Riftomate, have been working fine here.

As, for obvious reasons I have neither recieved any reply nor any solution for my problem, I'd like to request a refund.

Aevitas has already recieved my key via PM. If you guys insist on having an email sent to you including the transaction ID, that's no problem for me.

Though Kickazz was very friendly in his reply to my problem, I think of backing off from TankLeader, as other team members don't seem to know the basics of costumer relationship.

the devs are sleeping (as it's 4am in europe); i said nesox will look into your issue (that was an hour or so ago - he goes to sleep around midnight).

If you still want a refund, then you'll have to request it via email:

[email protected]

include your key and Bossland will refund it to you (i believe just your key, he may ask for your payment info too, I don't deal with payments so I dunno)

TL does work fine for me, so I assume there's something wrong between the server and you =(

Kick, thank you for your fast response.

There's just one question I'd like to have answered: Why should I have server problems with TL, if I had none with any of the other buddy products before? Neither hardware, nor software has changed since I first started using HB more than a year ago.
ADDITION:

Except for installing WoT and TL ofc ;)
 
That I don't know; it's a Nesox or Apoc question (Nesox does the deving for WoT, Aevitas does combat logic, and I believe Apoc does server stuff) - so one of those 2 will have to either fix it, or TeamViewer if they don't know what is wrong right away
 
Thats a very strange log...can you PM Aevitas your Skype info so we can set up a Teamviewer Session.
