Hey, congratulations with the bot. I've been very impressed with what I've seen so far. There is one thing that is bugging me though.. does the turning the tank makes look a little shakey? Or is this only client side? I'm only interested because it looks very botish. Again, great work and can't wait for future updates. Props to you guys! :D
 
I assume English isn't your first language, which is perfectly fine, but I'm having a harder time seeing what issue you're experiencing.

Are you playing a tank class?
When is turning causing jitters?
Can you provide a log of when this has happened?

How to attach your HonorBuddy log!

There are lots of things to consider in this problem, I can help you best if I have a log of your HonorBuddy when this happens. :)

I've also noticed the Juddering as the vehicle turns.

Thank you for your response. As previously stated by bot till ya drop, this is a TankLeader issue so I'm not sure if you can experience the problem regarding the nature of your post (Honorbuddy log etc). If you have TL maybe you can select a faster, light tank and look out for the issue I'm having? I'll definitely take your advice about the log, I will run the bot for a couple of hours to gather sufficient data :)

P.S English is my first language :cool:

I'm glad you can also see the problem and can confirm my sanity haha. I think it's definitely something to do with the bot mechanics so I guess we should sit tight for a response from one of the developers.

It's client side. We align the camera with the front of the tank, but that only happens once every ~100 milliseconds. Therefore, when you're turning, you're actually turning faster than the camera updates, which results in "shocky" cornering. The cornering actually is as you would normally turn if you press A or D, it's just your view that's stuttering.

Hope that clears up confusion. :)
