Making Singular rogue always move in stealth and not mount in Autoangler?

I was wondering if it where possible to make the singular CC make a rogue always move in stealth and not mount up so it doesnt break stealth. When it fish it will break steatlh ofc, but that doesnt matter really.

So, anyone knows how to do it?
