Dungeon Questing with InstanceBuddy?

Is there anyway for my chars to pick quests and complete them in dungeons?

I want to leveling using dungeons as the questing profiles by Kickz U simply cannot get to work as when I stop them and start them again they do not continue from where I had left off.
