Shaman CCs broke????

Hey i was wondering if anyone else thats botting a Shammy would tell me if there having any problem with there CCs becuase my shammy sets his totum to far away from combat range so the shammy trys to cast lighting bolt but its outta range and the bot wont move closer, anyone else having this problem? iv tryed bobbys shammy CC and Singular and it happends for both is it my CC or kicks 1-60 profile???
