[Death Knight] radi's Unholy DK

I've been farming in blood for like a month, but I wanted to improve harvests per hour and get an idea to respec my DK to unholy with On A Pale Horse talent which allow you to fly 20% faster. Here's my little guide ver 1.0

1. Overall look
Advantages:
+ 20% Mount speed,
+ Perm ghoul who will attack nearest enemy while you're harvesting,
+ Higher dps

Disadvantages:
- Ghoul may aggro near enemy who normally won't attack you,
- Almost no selfhealing,

3. Macros and bar setup

3.1 Macros
Mount macro

/use Crystallized Life
/use Crystallized Earth
/use Crystallized Shadow
/use Crystallized Air
/use Crystallized Fire
/use Crystallized Water
/cast path of frost
/cast Winged Steed of the Ebon Blade

Start attack macro - Helpful when mob is a caster also looks more 'human' versus other players who attack you from distance

1 sec Attack macro - Fight sequence, you can add here Death Strike instead of Death Coil if you're lack of selfhealing.

Button 1 Mount Macro
Button 2 Empty or Gas cloud sucking ( If you are Engineer ofc )

Button 4 Drink ( Useless )

Button 6 Start attack Macro
Button 7 Icy Touch
Button 8 1 sec Attack Macro
Button 9 Bone Shield
Button 10 You can put here whatever you want. I have here Lifeblood since I don't use any food on my DK this is helpfull when you get some fall damage or something.

4. The end
Also with this build you can easily do heroics, finishing with good dps. Simple rotation is it ps bs ss bs dump ss ss bs bs dump using Garygole on bosses, dumping with unholy blight and death coil if there's enough runic power.

Is there a slight delay due to ghoul summon between dismounting and harvesting cast? Or is this just an animation, and there is no actual delay? If there is, the ghoul is unnecessary, at Scholazar at least, because the DK is killing mobs in a matter of seconds by himself.

Unfortunately there is a delay, but when I was saying "Perm ghoul who will attack nearest enemy while you're harvesting" I mean that he will 'protect' you from mobs near their patrolling area. If there's a mob near herb/deposit your toon will normally attack him, but if you start harvesting, ghoul will be already ready to attack and if something appear near you while you are casting Harvesting, ghoul will jump to mob, stun him and attack while you're finishing harvesting. It's only a little help, you can of course dismiss pet if your toon can easily handle fights. I recommend using ghoul also for undergeared bot toons.

Thanks for the mount macro, didn't think of using it that way myself.

As for combat, I came up with this macro myself:

/castsequence reset=target/12, Icy Touch, Plague Strike, Blood Strike, Death Strike, Blood Strike, Death Strike, Death Coil

I just put that on 5-7 and it works like a charm. I have pretty heavy pvp gear so I don't take a lot of damage from mobs and I'd rather use deathstrike for the selfhealing just incase... Mobs die in 5 seconds anyway coz of my gear and I like the extra protection with pvp gear and death strike self-healing. Bryntroll hp steal also helps ^_^

Works like a charm. I did change one of the blood strikes to a Death cause i farm icecrown and elites=need more health if 2 jump me. he can solo 2 or 3 the fourth can get me at times..... Another note the patrh of frost make drowning mute for us.
