PreNotes:
This is my first profile, I made one because there were no others to farm these whelps that are updated.
Please let me know how it goes. I got my first Dark Whelpling from it in only 5 hours last night!
I will make more profiles as I farm all the other pets - please pm me if you have horde vendor/mail and I will update the profile!
I will put suggestions at the end of each post that you will not find on other threads :)

How?
Farms 'Ebon Whelps' that have a chance to drop BOTH pets.

Extras
Alliance Vendor and Mail at Greenwarden's Grove
Horde Vendor and Mail at Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands - warning: long walk.
Super quick farming, with my frost mage I sat on ~200 loots per hour.

Personal Suggestions
1. Download and use LootFilter.
2. In-game type /lootfilter
3. Go to the 'Quality' tab
4. Change GREY and GREEN to "DELETE" (the third button).
Now your toon will farm mobs for a very long time without needing to vendor or mail, as the whelps are 'white' items it won't delete them either. It will only pick up a couple of useless things (Shimmering Amice, Cloth), but you may add these under the always delete setting.

Edit: 2nd November 2012
Converted the Neutral vendor to a Horde mailbox/vendor, bit of a long walk but its the closest one. Added the alliance town as a blackspot.
Updated both sets of hotposts and added a few extra settings for smoothness.

Edit: 25th February 2015
Updated both profiles, less chance of getting stuck, no longer avoid mobs, removed max distance bug, increased level cap.

Yes, I will add horde tonight when I get home from work (in about 12 hours).

You can still use this as horde at the moment if you follow my suggestions - vendor/mail are barely used :)

Edit: Wow i'm silly, I forgot to upload the profile! Hahaha. I will remote to my computer and upload it.
Edit2: Argh, my logmein trial ran out, I will upload both horde and alliance tonight!
Edit3: Figured a way to upload it, will add horde tonight :)

Hmm, can't add Horde as there is no horde vendor/mailbox nearby (closest is in Arathi Highlands).
 
Added a v2, updated to a repair vendor and added avoid mobs so it doesn't get stuck near a gauntlet.
 
there is a neutral vendor in wetland:

Added a neutral profile for horde users so they can use that vendor.

My stats for last night:

Kills: 4336 (480.6727/hr)
Deaths: 0 (0/HR)
Loots: 2316 (256.7431/hr)
 
after 18 hours i had 2 Dark Whelplings. still waiting for the tiny crimson! :)

I got stats too:

Kills: 2815 ( 202.0091/h)
Deaths: 5
Loots: 1516 (108.7907/h)

Got another 4 Dark Whelpings today, and 1 Tiny Crimson + 1 Dark last night :)

From today;

Killings 5913 (456.0963/hr)
Deaths: 0 (0/hr)
Loots: 3251 (250.7642/hr)
 
ok first tiny crimson and another two dark welpling dropt.

Here the stats:

Killings: 1984 ( 505/h)
Deaths: 0
Loots: 1067 ( 271/h)

How much are these guys selling for on your servers?
 
On my server Dark whelpling go for 10k and tiny crimson go for 20k
 
5 dark whelpings 3x tiny on one night 10k kills first night using the profile awesome :)

Thanks a lot, got my crimson baby after two nights of farming ^^ (and a dark one)
a little question - should it sell grey things or I should do that myself? because always when the bags were full, bot came to vendor, just clicked on her (for hours maybe), but didn't sell anything. maybe some plugin needed?

Download the plugin "mr. Item remover" and set the selling for gray items (and green if u want)
 
Bad luck for me -.-
killed and looted the 2000th but no whelpling :(
I looked up the possible loots of that ebon whelp, but it seems, that they do NOT drop the tiny crimson Whelpling anymore!! Only The dark whelpling for a chance of 0,07 %
Am I wrong, or how is it possible that some of us farmed both whelps with this profile?

No, they do, I got one a couple of days ago.
So that's just bad luck.. still we're lucky we don't have to farm it ourselves-)
