since when is english a second language in germany?
We've no fixed second language :) u can choose between french (i did this),english (is my third), latin, russian, spain (these are the main languages supported by most of the schools, some have more some minor)

uhm do you read the first post?
if not, read this: Destruction in Cataclysm (4.3 Release) - Elitist Jerks
and u will see, if your toon is doin what u wrote, than it is working as intended :) if IS is up then spam SF.
This is a part that i don't like, and reported here -> dots should be refreshed (dunno if shaddar changed it after my feedback cause i'm testing some other code atm Destrolock in PvP^^)
 
And Afflic looks to be top dps in raids atm.....raidbots.com =) love ur work Shaddar

The reason its only spamming those spells can be alot of things. But i believe its because he has the wrong client.
I've written this CC mainly based on Elitist Jerks as i do with all of my CC's, however it may be a bit slow because of two timers ive implemented to prevent double/tripple casting of Soul Fire / Immolate!

Why doesnt my bot work/ why does it only cast a few spells?
I only support the English WoW client. So if you're using a German/Russian/French etc WoW client this CC will not work for you.

Can you add a GUI so I can configure whether i want to use AoE or CD's or not?
No.

Does this CC work for us under level 85?
I wouldn't recommend using it when your not level 85. This CC is for raiding and dungeon purposes at 85.

I would appreciate recieveing feedback about my CC's!
For instance, what was your experience with this custom class? Does it differ from others? Whats the ups and downs?
Any ideas, additions, removals or code improvements you might come to think of that will increase the performance in any of my CC's are also more then welcome!

Constructive critcism is of course allowed! However there are difference between constructive criticism and destructive critcism.

Constructive critcism is information-specific, issue-focused, and based on observations.
Destructive criticism aims to destroy the target of criticism.


  • I don't support any foreign wow client i.e Russian/French/German and so forth! The only client currently supported is the English one.
  • You install this CC by extracting the file to your CustomClass folder inside the Honorbuddy folder.
  • If you have any issues AT ALL upload a LOG and explain your problem, else it will be ignored.
 
I tried this CC over the weekend. By far the best Warlock CC i hav tried. I have used Zerfall and DBwarlock and for whatever reason it never kept my DPS steady even on dummies. People in lfr and dungeons were doing better than me with less gear. Since i have switched to this along with spec i have been blowing away the charts. Thank you so much for the time and effort put forth here.

P.S. One thing i have noticed is that the cc tries to load the Imp when porting in, starting up when to my understanding Doomgaurd followed by Infernal for AOE. Can we hard set that?
 
Yeah, thats a known issue. Im not good in coding pets lol.. So just jump to manually interrupt the resummon of the pet when entering portals and such! :)
 
Okay, Later this week When my lock has full 378+ gear (Dragon Soul ready) I will test out this CC and try to call out issues. This is my prefered rotation. I'm getting it from MaxDPS.com - 4.3 Destruction Warlock DPS Gear Rankings

Rankings are based on the following priorities:
1) Soul Fire instant from Soulburn
2) Immolate dot is maintained
3) Conflagrate
4) Bane of Doom is maintained
5) Corruption dot is maintained
6) Shadowflame
7) Chaos Bolt
8) Summon Doomguard (Don't put in rotation for CC)
9) Shadowburn
10) Incinerate

Fel Armor is the self buff used
Imp is your summoned pet
 
haha using this as lvl 81 in dungeons...im raping shit! :D good work as always!
 
This cc is messed up because it uses health drain instead of spamming shadowbolt during uptime of dots. You should consider this option.

It only use drain life when your attacking normal mobs. at bosses and other mobs above 700k hp or so it spams shadowbolt. Be sure you test something for a longer period then 2 seconds before you comment random shit.

Doesn't use Bane of Havoc :/ So much dps wasted. Actually here's a list of what it doesn't use that causes MAJOR dps loss

We can look into it, but can't promise a way to cast Bane of Havoc.
As it's been said, we're rewriting CCs, so be patient

Hi there
We do not take donations (we don't really feel we need them right now)
Currently i am trying to fix some issues in our already released CCs and when that is done - i'll start looking at changing some of the "old" CCs to correspond with the new ones.
Time is simply a factor here and we're currently a man short, so you got to be patient
All i can say for the time being, thank you
