Our second answer is now done and is being prepared for delivery, tomorrow i am uploading it here - and all of you that understand German will have fun reading it :)

And another news,

the court hearing will be at 28th February 2012, 15:00 o'clock in Hamburg
Sitzungssaal B 335, 3. Etage ((Haus B), Sievekingplatz 1 ZJG

For all that do not understand German, i am sure someone will tell you whats inside, it is another 100 pages from my lawyer and 100 more as research data.

If this turns out to be good i order a flight ticket to Germany for a few beers! :)
 
What happens if you dont win this court case? do you just go to a higher power court?
 
Is there anyway that if you loose (i hope you dont ofc) that Blizzard can get the customer database from you?

No there is not, it's been said multiple times that it will not happen under any circumstances

It's the best thing to do, if they lose!
There are 3 higher instances than that court at Hamburg, so it could resolve in years of fighting if the lose one court after to another but it will buy time!

It would be awesome if you could atleast translate main points from the document you will share :D
 
would be funny to be there full room full of users supporting the act.
