Can 3 Sessions bot 3 characters on my computer?

I bought 3 sessions of honorbuddy. I received just 1 Key in my email. I don't have the time tonight to set everything up, but i have to ask...

Will this version allow me to bot 3 different toons at once if I have 3 WoW accounts? I have just 1 Battlenet account, but all 3 WoW accounts are on it.

Depends, if when you log in you see:
WoW1
WoW2
WoW3

options, then, yes. If you don't see the option then no, WoW only allows one account to be logged in at one point at any one time.

He did explain in the OP that he got 3 different WoW accounts on the Bnet account. So yes, you can bot on all 3 accounts at the same time
Although, if HB for some reason crashes - it might take some minutes until that session is shut down. Then you'll have to wait a few minutes before that session is freed up so you can log in again (or you can log into the auth portal to kill the session from there)
