Yeah, to solve this you're going to need a better spec and gear. Thats usually the problem.

Because you're using autoequip and need to choose correct stat weights (or make your own), though your stats are fine. Chalk it up to spec/cc/profile issues (can't tell which).

Your achievement are only 37 / 1054. This could be a reason. Also make sure your grinding on mobs near your level, nothing 2 levels higher, best is same level or lower. Then configure your CC.
