Why did my post about BGBot not being updated in this release get deleted? If you can go through and delete posts you are uncomfortable with, you could at least take the time to address them.

Interesting that the bgbot update effort was verbalized around the time pirox went down...as if to nudge pirox users to honorbuddy even though we know HB needs a lot of work in its "flagship" product.

I also believe that fluoride(neuro-toxin) is being piped into everyones water at an excessive rate, and that JFK was killed by communists, so don't take this thought too seriously. Merry Christmas, everybody!

I just find it odd, because right after 4.3 was released and it essentially broke over half of the functions of Honorbuddy, they started talking about BGBot getting some love. In that thread, I pointed out how there were many other major problems with HB at the time (most importantly, flight path bug) and I was basically shot down, and told that BGBot had a higher priority. Now in this release .. The flight path bug is fixed, as well as a handful of other "huge" bugs, but not a single mention of the BGBot that they were working on for weeks? And then when I ask about it, my post gets deleted? Just seems like heavy handed tactics of a company that has no answers.

But I could be completely wrong. Just my two copper..
 
We gave priority to sneaky bugs that has been there for a while that we had hard times catching them.

Next prio is DungeonBuddy(a.k.a Instancebuddy2) and BgBot2

What about HB crashing WoW? It's really annoying... I can't AFK instances
 
Why are you guys stating things to be fixed when they are exacly the same as be4.

Crash when stopping bot is NOT fixed.

Don't get me wrong, these are very good updates. But I find the not landing on top of nodes feature to be flawed, Many times have I seen the bot sliding back down the hill it landed on. Perhaps a system of pre-checking the angle of the area it's landing on, if greater than 80 degrees (or whatever the max is before you can't travel up) then land on the node, else perform as usual.

People have to understand a few things about updating a product. How about 3 examples, the flight path problem, the not landing directly on mine problem and the BgBot update.

It was mentioned by a poster that flight path was going to be less of an issue than the BoBot because BgBot was a priority. That doesn't mean that they stop working on the flight path issue. As it turns out, they fixed that first and it was included in this update but the BgBot2 isn't completed yet and it's not in this update. Some things are less complicated or just completed earlier - that's how programming works.

As far as the 3rd item I mentioned - the bots landing directly on the mines. This is the first update that this was attempted - don't expect it to work perfectly. If it's working 'pretty well' overall, that's a huge improvement over landing directly on the mines cause now our bots won't be as easy to spot by others. This will likely need some tweaking in future updates.

For anyone that's ever done programming, it's not as easy or straightforward as 'tell the bot to do this' and it will - especially when you don't control the other environment - Blizz does. There are alot of complications that they have to deal with... so how about being thankful for what is working well and providing CONSTRUCTIVE input on what still needs tweaking?

Omg it's even worst... for the first time all the 3 wow's crashed when joining the instance (It would be just 1 or 2 regularly), and then I stoped the bot and bammm another crash...

Sorry, but this bug is NOT fixed
 
when using GB2 the bot actually lands before the node and then runs a few steps. While it's running it tries to mine, then wow throws a message saying "You can't do that while moving". The the bot will stand there infront of the node for about 5 secs before mining again.

Same problem here when using druid herbing in flight form... pause, then the "you can't do that while moving", pauses, then gathers.
