Sorry to talk about this subject, but I would like to tell that some people a bit wrong about win trading being so easely banable.
Its safer than bg botting or bot farming, and is currently the best way to farm pvp gear(much safer than bg botting). specialy because Blizzard doesnt keep a record of your arena information (win/losses, etc) after a team is deleted. I found this the hard way after my main's 3v3 team was deleted by someone who hacked the team leader's account.
I've spent a lot of time talking to different GMs to revive the team or at least give us the 2400+ arena tiles we diserved. My ticket raised up the blizzard staff personal to the account and support team that gave me the garantee that was impossible for them to recover any information from deleted arena teams(even team members names).
Last season I farmed a lot of conquest point/achievement on my chars by wintrading 2v2 using ARQ, got the titles and the gear and them deleted the arena team 1 week before the end of season.
No bans, no warning, just arena achievents and gear
