nope,according to your join date you must be an old username based user

so the bot info is the same with your shop info (Bossland GmbH)

make sure wow is in windowed mode
clear your wow cache and disable any wow addons

I have wow in window mode, i deleted cache and disabled addons, logged into char and opened bot, then wow error
