if i buy another session of honorbuddy, do i have to run honorbuddy twice to have 2 instances of wow running?

Yes, you must run a second honorbuddy to go with the second wow

One instance of honorbuddy can only attach itself to one WoW. So yes, you will need to run Honorbuddy twice along with two WoW's.
