Only a question, was not sure where to post. I purchased a 1day yesterday, and it was expired by the time the new patch download came out today. I purchased another day, however, I was just wondering if I could get a day extra as the bot didn't work for most of my key time.

Daemonx3, you do not have permission to access this page. This could be due to one of several reasons:

Hello everybody,

I haven't used HB in a while and today I wanted to give it a shot. Appears that I can't login anymore and I found out that I had to register myself with the key-based system. Problem is, I don't have any clue what my login details were and I don't have access to the e-mail adress I've used there. Is there any way you could help me out just by my details used on the forums?

you must use the same login info as your shop login info

Hello,

I've been using HB most of the evening here with no issues. But, I was messing around with profession buddy a little bit trying to get it to work when it crashed and I was no longer able to choose it from the plugins options. So, I tried updating it through SVN but it still wouldn't show up. I decided to just delete HB and reinstall it, which I did several times. Now though, whenever I try to run it I'm getting the error "Max Sessions, Authentication failed!" I'm copying and pasting the exact same key from Buddy Auth Portal.

Well, I guess you can ignore the above paragraph as I deleted everything again in one last attempt to get it to work..and it did. I didn't change anything up that I have been doing. Well, I will still post this up in case I start having the same issue again.

next time log on auth portal and kill the session in use :)
 
Ah hell, such an easy thing to do. Didn't even pay attention to that option at the top of page to be perfectly honest with you. Now I know and I'll pass the info along if I see someone else having the same issue.
