As the title says.

What's so special about the strange bloated stomaches?
It's tied in with skinning (skinned along cata corpses).
It's soulbound.
It drops volatiles ranging from 1 to 4 when u open it.

But why is this item causing a lootbug (Tidybags issue with some peeps as reported).
I can't get my head around it, and still am unable to reproduce it.
Some people get in in the first 10 minutes.
I run for hours with no issue.

Any idea's?

No idea, but its very random, sometimes it happens after 10 minutes, as you said, and sometimes it works good for some hours and then I get the bug :S

Liquid,

There's nothing special about that item. I get that lootbug with the bags that drop from mobs in EPL as well.

You mean the extra bag which could contain Mr Grubbs if you have the buff from fiona (Hidden Stash)?

Then continuing on that line of thought it could mean that every bag or item that is 'soulbound' and opened by Tidybags (e.g. trough lua commands) is possibly problematic?
Which still doesnt make much sense, but at least could be a thought to entertain...

Maybe it lies in the fact that the item is looted and immediately after that a new loot window is opened?
Maybe you can experiment with a wait period after looting, a check whether the old loot window is closed or something?

I already am. I've added the CloseLoot command after the loot commands (which should finish the looting structure hardmode).
Last thing would be a sleep period to try when this fails.

If you want to I can test for you mate. I can imagine it's hard to test when you don't get the bug. I always get the bug and I have a skinner standing by to do some testing if you like.

Well, every update I made so far is available from the release topic.
If the changes I make don't break it, I post it there for grabs (3.1.1.3 currently)
That version has the CloseLoot event added.
All that's left is to put it to sleep for a short moment, giving it time to loot (like in my disenchant plugin).

Another reason I can think off, is the amount of lag a person is experiencing, that this might be of influence as well.
I have average 45ms both home and world lag, so it's negleable.

I experienced it too - and I also experienced the same bug when I made a PB profile to do the same as your plugin. But then I also figured that a small delay before opening it and another small delay after opening fixed it. First I added a 1 sec delay before opening, then it took alot longer for the bug to occur - so now I've added 2 sec before and 1 sec after and I haven't experienced the bug ever since (it's been a few days now).
But all in all - I'm quite sure it's some kind of lag delay that causes it.

Liquid, i know what you mean about this stomach. I used to use your plugin, Tidybags, but due to so much bugs, i stop. After reading this, i dont seem to understand why? When you have implanted so much to prevent it and make it work right. However, do know this. I started using cutpurse, which in reality, it does open the stomach for me and i get no bugs. Can you look into the different coding and see where there is a difference?

I will just add accounting for player's lag instead of setting a fixed value for starters.
Not too big fan of sleeping threads when it's not needed.
Uploading a new version in a few minutes, just have to tinker around with the additional sleeping time then.
