Gilderoy congrats on awsome CC. The response time is amazing when I set on speed. The casts are one after another. Really nice. Will you be adding any disc support maybe SoS and AA build?
 
This CC doesn't support disc, correct? If it doesn't does it plan to? (Holy PvP = Not Common)


On a side note, I'm sure its just as kick ass as Glide's pally CC :P

Correct this CC does not support discipline. When the Holy CC will be finished I'll start a Discipline CC that will be a complete different CC just like the Holy priest is from the Holy Pally :)

Gilderoy any chance you can do resto druid after your done with holy? instead of discipline? I know we talked about this before, I feel like druids are lacking a proper CC like this one especially since we are best heals in FL. thanks
 
after hitting 85 I went to get some honor points to see how he would do.
(want to walk him thru some instances but have not had time)
If he gets to their base or ours and starts healing he is plain awesome.
ranking up there with the rest in healing and doing a fine job.

is there a way to get him to report everything cast, I was trying to see why some people were dying and never received a heal...I am assuming timing conflicts while healing others. Either way no biggie.
Heck in AV you are spamming and looking good :)

anyone know when next av weekend is?
I can't find the listing any more for when or what is going on on the crap battlenet site.
 
This is my first post in the forums, so please be gentle with me. I've been putting off playing my priest since Icecrown 25hc as I stopped enjoying healing, however it's now time to play again after seeing this awesome looking CC. I understand that it will show as a Pala CC, but works with priest healing, so no issue there.

I would just like to find out the recommended spec and glyphs that are intended or work best with this CC? :)

@Tmackz007: Holy CC is far from beeng finished.. also the Disc CC will reuse part of the code :)
@sparks: I'm happpy is working for you, the log should tell you every single cast the CC do, does it not?

I'm used to healing as Discipline, so will be watching your future releases whenever they may come. :D

is there a possibility to use only holy nova, if the mob is 30 lv under the character?

using holy fire for a lvl 20 mob if im 85 just takes long casting time.( grinding ravenhold for example)
 
Problem is that holy nova just work the 5 yard around you, so if you have a mob 30yard away that is shooting you a spell and is 30 level lower than you the CC would just spam holy nova until out of mana..
I'll try to implement this with a check on the level and a check on the distance, will let you know :)
And BTW is a CC not a profile :P
 
Hi Gilderoy! As I said here's my review on your CC. It's brilliant. That is all. :p

Only time someone died is when they didn't move from 1 shot abilities on bosses. :rolleyes:

One question though, I didn't really see "Power Word: Shield" being used? Is this not part of the healing rotation anymore? Or part of the logic for a pull?

Again I'm very new to botting and just curious. :o

i wish people would spell your name right.. a lot seem to say GLIDEROY rather than gilderoy.. weird dyslexic people i guess.

im a disc priest as my guild uses holy pallys and disc priests.. holy healing isnt up to scratch anymore.

@v?lla: PW:S is not in the CC for the moment, holy priest, as of my knowledge, use it only as a last resort on someone very low on health that will die on next hit, is not part of the "normal" healing rotation, and I still need to implement it :) will come, in the future :)

Prayer of healing IS used, but in a dungeon the requirement for it to be used are quite strictly so maybe you have never seen it casted.
You can go in your customclass/config folder and edit the XML with your priest name in it to change the values at witch PoH is casted, until we have a working GUI :)

I whish that too, i think some people think my nickname is in some way related to Glider, witch is not, instead it cames (ok I know it's lame..) from Harry Potter :P
Disc CC will came, as soon as Holy is finished :) (PS: I'm starting to love Disc too more than holy but is harder to code: timing on Rapture, Holy fire->Smith for archangel.. have a lot of interesting feature but that will be a pain to code :P)

Hi - in battleground, this CC should be the reason for the bot stopping between moving the the hotspots - also is it possible doing so that the bot won't dismount to buff other players or mounted players? :) - and in BG instead of doing heal it should just spam flash heal if target is at 50-70% HP :)

great profile anyway :)

and maybe to get the chakra state with prayer of healing - it should use Prayer of mending - its much faster :)
