Can't find eAuction on the new HB version

Ok so, after i spoken to Tony and we both can't find eAuction as plugin, im trying to ask you for some help.

Any news about this, there is no update and it still doesn't show up. I was told on MSN that it would get fixed yesterday. I bought my license only to use eauction so this is useless to me now.

That was said a while ago already and at least for us it did not work in the release that came up back then. When will you push the next release then ?
 
mmmm works fine for me apart from the session invalid bug but i only get it with ah toon and no other

I am sorry but that is not really the answer you give a customer IMO, that is something I would say to my kid maybe when it annoys me. I bought a new license a few days ago just to use eauction and it doesn't work and you are not able to estimate a time frame for when it will work so this is useless to me. Please advise on how to get a refund, thank you very much.

thats the truth tho

there is no ETA for the next Hb version
you paid for Hb and you have a working Hb

anyways
you can request your refund on payments section and if you meet the requirements(purchased date<7days) you will get the refund

Well I guess that is something that is in the eye of the beholder. For me eauction is a part of what I purchased, so it is not working. Anyways, thank you for clarifying this.
