The Most Epic Ban!

Hey

This is the most epic ban i got today.
I ran an account recovery because 1 of my accounts got hacked.
I recovered it back to my email etc. I logged in BAM disconnected.

Tried to login back in : your account has been closed.

how is that epic?
They investigate your account and they also check if the hacker used 3d party software, what did you expect?

If you have read what the account recovery does you would not be banned :)

You don't get it do you?
On the phone they told me my account is banned on a changed email adress.
I made an account recovery, and got it back to my email.
I was able to login, and same second i logged in, i got banned.

then call them back, they should be able to see the time stamps on that stuff, so they can fix it.
 
I got email that i used 3rd party software. How did i use it when i didn't even come ingame properly :o
After making a ticket, they told me i was online trading ... they are seriously going totally retarded.
 
The departments that handle hacked accounts is different from the one that bans them, your acct got crossed in the streams. Call em back and they can straighten it out.
 
Well i called them back, and i was told my account shouldn't be unbanned, that it was working with gold sellers for a long time and how they have proofs etc. ...

Well, have you done that for real? or are you innocent.
If you did it, they have investigated your account, it aint more complicated then that :)
 
screw it, new account, start over :P

wow + all expansions + 60day game card costs 49,52 Euro, at a side i cant tell you here (pm! :P)
 
I had this exact same issue happen to me. My main account got hacked, got it reinstated, went to login and got banned again. They gave me the same excuse that they gave you. I was able to call them back and get the account reinstated though.
 
I lost total of 13 accounts :( Soo yea the start wont be soo easy :P But ofc ill start it again lol :D
