Shop Password

Before all i had to do to login was enter my key and leave the password blank. Now it says "Please Enter Your Shop Password Before Continuing"? I tried setting it in my profile but no luck.. any ideas?
 
I'm still being asked for an username/password as usual (and have to enter the key). Have you tried downloading the latest version?
 
new accounts that where given a key, WILL NOT use the Shop. the shop is only for people who have usernames and passwords, not keys.

OK than why is it asking for my shop password??? All I normally do to login is put my key and leave the password blank. But now when i do that it asks for my shop password.. and fails.

When your trying to Log Into Honorbuddy using your key as the Username and no password. its telling you to use your shop password? mind posting a log as an attachment please
 
Did check your key about space? I have same problem but I found space from my key. Like " 425454355" or "1432525 "
