I think it is a bit missleading to announce honorbuddy as a pvp bot without offering any fairly reasonable cc's for pvp.

WOW Bot Honorbuddy - All in One WOW Bot - PVP & Questing & Leveling

There is not a single hint, that you have to develop your own cc for using the pvp bot with good results and to develop a pvp cc isn't comparable with "is as easy to setup as ABC."

I mean that is like "hey i am offering a car, you can drive very fast with it...but oh wait only if you build up the engine yourself of course".



Standard cc's will do pvp..perhaps...but the question is how!!! Most of them do pvp as carrying a sign on the front "i'm a bot please report me for my super l33t movement and behaviour"

Even without any knowledge of bot movement and/or behaviour you recognize pretty fast someone is a bot or not.

This problem isn't new there has always been a lack of pvp cc's that is just sad.

This is not ment to be a flame post more a "why don't you(buddydev team) offer pvp cc's too?"

I mean, i would pay for good pvp cc's no question...but as long as i get whispers "nice bot" and stuff like that..no way. For me honorbuddy is and always was a bot that stands for safety and quality, but this way it's definitely unusable for pvp. Perhaps not for all classes but most of them.

Not everyone has the time nor the knowledge to write a bot or a cc..i mean that's why we bought a bot right?!

So instead of people starting new threads over and over...could we create some kind of project team that develops cc's.

For example the cc writers here form a team and write pvp cc's for all classes and get paid for it.

Then you pay them a bit and we pay them a bit so they are not working for nothing.

Seriously it would be absolutely no problem for me to pay 10-15? a month if therefore we would have good pvp cc's...the current situation is just unacceptable.

What you think? (i'm not a troll or anything this is 100% seriuz!)

With the upcoming lawsuit, I doubt many people share your willingness to drop any more cash until it becomes clear if the product will be around for a while.
 
You kind of raise a good point, But at the same time you look at the car before you buy it. take it for a drive.
 
Even if Blizz wins this lawsuit this will NOT happen next week nor next month. I'm pretty sure this takes more then a year. I live in germany myself and know that this case is not comparable to MDY.

I know that "spending money = 100% success" is wrong/perhaps wrong, but it is better to do anything then nothing.
 
Great that not one single person of the buddy team can reply to that....really great support!

i didnt see your thread till now, so stop calling us out.

we provide a set of CC's that work for everything. PERIOD. if we charged more for CC's people would be tossing fits more then the little fit your tossing now about there not being any. there are PVP CC's if you like a CC that someone else makes then donate, its really as simple as that, there's no need for the buddy team to make CC's ONLY for pvp.

every 6 months someone makes a thread "its called honorbuddy, and pvp sucks" just complaiing about pvp, if you think another bot can do PVP better then use that bot.

so no, it wont happen, if a user makes a CC you like, donate if they have a donation link, if they dont then pm and ask how. we have singular, Singular is a COMMUNITY PROJECT btw, so if you dont like how singular works, then you can contribute an update to it.

"With Honorbuddy you can use random battlegrounds as well as choose individual ones such as Alterac Valley, Warsong Gulch, Strand of the Ancients, Isle of Conquest, Arathi Basin, Eye of the Storm. In IoC and SotA it uses the portals correctly making it as human like as possible."

So, now take one of those super great standard cc's and make pvp. Doesn't take long till you get noticed and get whispers like "nice what you're doing there haha" "nice bot" "dude you should play yourself"

as human like as possible? FAIL! That would be providing a pvp cc for every class THAT would be as human like as possible!!!

I did not said "honorbuddy pvp is shit"...ShamWoW with hb is the best pvp bot i've ever seen. That's really great but not everybody is playing a shaman / has several accounts. HB can do pvp very well..but not with standard cc's and you can't tell me that pvp with standard cc's look great..people are requesting pvp cc's all the time..as the standard cc's are just too bad, so i think i am not that wrong with what i'm writing here.

And Kick, i respect your guides and work and everything..but your shit troll posts like "whoot" or this post here doesn't help at all. Are you a troll? I guess not then don't act like one.

I started a serious post, without flaming or anything, i came up with ideas not just bad speech and all you are able to do is making fun of it...really great!

Pretty sure ive been using the bot for pvp in AV for the past week, sometimes 24+ hours at a time (two full sets of pvp gear and a healing pve set, and not one whisper.... Well one from another person using the bot laughing with me.

Also: You mad at internet botz bro?

Also x2: The support here on these forums is amazing, I always get a reply on all of my questions, and trust me I have had alot.

we're not the ones who took a stab at the staff, you did. then you expect us to be cool with you. but this despite all the "truth" you think you expelled, your completely wrong, all of your points are, "In My Opinion" not IN FACT. this thread has been open for more then a week now, and if people thought that PVP was bad, they would of commented, but you have 1 person whos comment basically amounted to "well maybe its worth a look" if people hated the pvp bot they would of said so. now, with that, Thread Locked.
