"Authentication failed" problem - plz help a little girl!!

I try to logg in, but everytime i try it just tells me "Authentication failed." :/

anybody else got this problem

and yes im sure my password is right cause it work in here

when did you buy honorbuddy? if you bought recently, and you have a key, you put the Key as your Username with No password, if your still having issues make a NEW install of HB and give it another shot.

99% of the HBxxxxx accts are the original ones that gave users username / pw's

we dont have trials anymore, we have 1 day keys. so logging in with test/t3st wont work anymore.

Im not new user : P and ive tried to change my password and it still wont work.
Im a lifetime user and payed alot of money for this :/ and i just think it fails to much.... Yes ive tried to re-install it and that wont work 2 :/ im kinda desperate.

does anybody got the same problem?

email bossland, and provide as much information you can about your account, if you have a transaction id, and the e-mail you signed up with that would work. so he can go in and reset your password manually.

i got same problem too . lifetime user here

i did password rest and still Authentication failed

strange it was working yesterday

hey there i had the same problem too for 5 hours , this is what i did , i restarted router ( got different ip address ) and tried it , i took about 8 secs then i logged in

try to restart ur router/change ip if you can
